Role Overview

We are seeking passionate Data Analytics or Data Science professionals to join our vibrant team as Data Analytics Instructors. This part-time role offers more than just a job; you will play a critical role in shaping the minds and careers of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality instruction, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Conduct high-quality and dynamic live sessions focused on core data analytics subjects and essential career skills. You will take full ownership of teaching complete units of our curriculum, ensuring that students are equipped with the knowledge and skills for their next role.
• Student Engagement: Foster an interactive classroom environment, encouraging participation, curiosity, and a passion for learning.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate in curriculum development and refinement based on student feedback and industry trends to ensure relevancy and effectiveness.
• Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments in your field to ensure the instruction is current and industry-aligned.

Salary:

- 5-10 hours per week, 70€/hr

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in roles such as Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Spreadsheets, Tableau, SQL, Statistics (descriptive and inferential), Business Domain Knowledge, Data Storytelling.
• Proficiency either in Data Science or BI.

- For Data Science, proficiency in Probability, Python, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Time Series, Computer Vision, NLP, LLMs, MLOps, Cloud.

- For BI, proficiency in BI processes and tools, such as DBT.

• Prior teaching experience as a Data Analytics Instructor (Bootcamp, University, or similar).
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• A desire to teach, help students problem-solve, and help others reach their professional goals.

Nice-to-haves:

• 1+ year managerial experience
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
• Prior experience with hiring junior Data Analytics roles.
