As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will take on crucial responsibilities to showcase the power of ScriptRunner to our clients and prospects:

• Present and demonstrate our automation software to customers and prospects.
• Support the implementation of our solution, making IT processes in complex infrastructures more efficient and future-proof.
• Identify automation use cases with existing customers to advance their automation journey and participate in transformative IT projects.
• You have solid expertise in Microsoft services like Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Teams.
• You have experience integrating third-party systems via REST API interfaces, such as PRTG, ServiceNow, or Matrix42.
• You will closely collaborate with our International Sales Manager, with a strong focus on the North American region.
• Work together with Marketing Team to pre-qualify sales lead to opportunity

Your Background

• Several years of professional experience in dealing with Microsoft environments and in various IT infrastructures.
• Deep knowledge of PowerShell is preferred or ability to generate deep and broad knowledge of PowerShell and  ScriptRunner as product in short period of time
• Experience selling technically
• Experience with software solutions and/or in a client facing B2B role with proven success in client relationship development and management.
• Job training may include a short period stay in Germany at ScriptRunner headquarter
