Then today is your lucky day because in Symanto we are currently expanding our Sales Team and we are looking for a new Sales Support (m/f/x/d) that speaks German to be based in Spain or Germany to join us!

Your job will be:

• Collaborate with the sales manager to draft documents and presentations based on provided briefings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Attend client meetings alongside the sales team, providing support and contributing insights as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the CRM system, updating client information, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Review pending replies on proposals and specific customer requests, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Provide direct client support with the help of the Sales Manager, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist in coordinating sales-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups.
• Identify qualifying leads through research and outreach efforts
• Communicate the benefits of Symanto’s products and services to potential clients
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growt

Education, Required Skills and Experience

• Very good skills in Microsoft Office package (esp. PowerPoint)
• Vocational training or degree in sales, marketing, Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field
• Fluency in German and English is a must
• Previous client-facing experience
• Good analytical skills and detail-orientation
• Self-motivated, independent
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and capable of delivering value in a start-up like environment

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Skilled in data analytics (i.e. data visualization tools)
• Understanding of and interest in AI and business psychology
• Experience using HubSpot
• Ability to communicate complex concepts
